Saman Voyage

The challenge

KOF Corporation had shipped the first version of the platform, but it ran on an ageing stack: Laravel, a Blade back office frozen since 2023, and a mobile app stuck on an outdated Dart SDK with an Android target below Google Play's minimum. A July 2026 audit rated the whole system critical, particularly on security. The client also wanted to add partner accommodation and give partners mobile access.

Our solution

Rather than migrating, KOF Corporation rebuilt the platform from scratch as four pieces: a domain-driven FastAPI and PostgreSQL API (JWT, role-based access control, two-factor authentication, partner KYC, audit log), a single Flutter app whose interface adapts to the account role (customer or partner), a Next.js web portal shared by administrators and partners, and an SEO-focused bilingual marketing site. Payments run through PayGate Global (Mixx by Yas and Flooz), with every deposit re-verified server-side before the wallet is credited.

Results

• Bilingual FR/EN marketing site live at https://samanvoyage.kofcorporation.com
• API, Android/iOS mobile app and admin/partner web portal rebuilt on a modern stack
• Mobile app being finalised ahead of its store release
• First version of SamanVoyage (web and mobile) designed and delivered by KOF Corporation
