The challenge

CREFER's previous website was a single-page JavaScript app: search engines barely indexed it, links shared on WhatsApp or Facebook showed no preview, enrolment went through Google Forms and nothing was live (opening hours, available seats, intake calendar). The centre wanted a site that would drive student recruitment and institutional communication, and that its own staff could run.

Our solution

KOF Corporation built a Next.js monorepo (public site and admin) backed by a FastAPI API. The server-rendered, bilingual FR/EN site showcases every course with SEO structured data and adds an interactive course finder, built-in enrolment form, live open/closed status, an AI admissions chatbot and diploma verification by certificate number. The admin panel brings together enrolments, intakes and capacity, diplomas, editorial content, gallery, testimonials, roles and an activity log.
