The challenge

Residomia Group's real estate savings cooperative needed its members, both in Togo and abroad, to join fully online and manage their housing savings day to day. A single platform had to bring together three accounts (wallet, current account with a card, housing savings plan), several local payment methods, a network of cash deposit points and tight internal oversight, with the level of security expected from a regulated financial activity.

Our solution

KOF Corporation designed and delivered an end-to-end platform: a FastAPI backend holding all business logic (membership with encrypted ID documents, wallet, housing savings plan, FeexPay and PayPal deposits, withdrawals, referrals, notifications), a Flutter app for iOS and Android, a bilingual Next.js website with a member portal, and a back office with fine-grained roles and permissions for finance, membership, support and cash point staff.
